Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent
• Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment
• Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM or EU regions
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
