Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and technical expectations
• Conduct market research to identify target companies and emerging startup talent
• Create tailored outreach messages and engage with talent across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of end-to-end technical sourcing experience
• 3+ years of experience sourcing for software engineering or infrastructure roles
• 1+ years of experience sourcing for Product Management or AI/ML-related roles
• Familiarity with sourcing startup and growth-stage engineering talent
