Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience using sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on social platforms and job boards
• Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and influence candidates
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and databases
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
