Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer, a fully remote position that begins as a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Perform searches for qualified candidates using various recruiting resources and methods
• Screen applicants to gather information on work history, training, education, and job skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
• 2+ years of talent sourcing experience, particularly in Corporate Functions
• Experience with sourcing for technical roles such as data scientists and software engineers is preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders
