• Develop targeted email campaigns and engage passive candidates effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in talent acquisition or sourcing roles
• Strong research skills across various platforms and tools
• Experience with advanced search techniques and international sourcing
• Working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
• English proficiency at B2 level
