Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans using traditional and innovative techniques
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and business leaders to build talent pipelines for critical roles
• Conduct networking calls and structured interviews to assess candidates and promote opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Five or more years of experience in Talent Pipelining, Talent Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in using recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Previous experience in talent identification or research within a recruitment agency or executive search firm is preferred
