Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and create ideal candidate profiles
• Build diverse pipelines in alignment with DEI strategy and leverage external partnerships to attract passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
• Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Entelo
• Proficiency in Boolean search strings and internet recruiting techniques
• Solid experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
