Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement sourcing and recruiting plans using traditional and innovative strategies
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and business leaders to build effective talent pipelines
• Conduct networking calls and structured interviews to assess candidates and promote opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Five or more years of experience in Talent Pipelining, Sourcing, or Acquisition
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is strongly preferred
