Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Build high-quality pipelines for both active and upcoming roles
• Leverage modern sourcing technologies to identify and engage qualified candidates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience
• Proven ability to source for GTM roles; experience with technical roles is a plus
• Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines without reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
