Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer (Contract) to join their Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for critical roles
• Proactively engage with candidates and maintain relationships to generate interest in job opportunities
• Manage an active pipeline of qualified candidates and track sourcing metrics to inform recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably with global recruitment experience
• Strong proficiency in advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technology platforms
• A secure work-from-home environment conducive to open communication
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
