Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Talent Sourcer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the top of funnel by partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build sourcing strategies
• Map the market to develop talent landscapes, identifying hidden talent pools and competitor structures
• Generate and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and maintain relationships with high-value candidates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of cross-regional sourcing experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware/software industries
• Proven track record in market mapping and candidate generation for specialized technical roles
• Deep expertise in Boolean search and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with passive or niche engineering talent
• Highly organized and data-driven, able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
