Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
To support our recruiting efforts, the part-time Talent Sourcer will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for marketing agency roles while managing a pipeline of qualified candidates remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source 30-50 qualified candidates weekly through various platforms including LinkedIn and niche communities
- Conduct personalized outreach and pre-screen candidates via 15-minute introductory calls
- Maintain a clean tracking sheet of all candidates and provide written summaries for interested candidates to the internal recruiter
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of sourcing experience, preferably for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful personalized outreach that generates responses
- Availability for 3-4 hours per day on weekdays
- Strong organizational skills with minimal need for oversight
