Job Summary
Proactively sourcing talent, the full-time Talent Sourcer will identify and engage candidates for high-demand clinical, medical, and operational roles across multiple states while collaborating with leadership to build national talent pipelines in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Identify and nurture passive and active candidates through targeted outreach and market intelligence
- Analyze labor market conditions and support workforce planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare recruiting
- Experience with multi-state recruiting and strong Boolean sourcing skills
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services for remote work
