Job Summary

Excited about high-impact work in an AI-forward recruiting environment, the full-time contract Talent Sourcer will build diverse candidate pipelines across various functions while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound sourcing across multiple active requisitions simultaneously
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or internship counts)
• Active, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing workflows
• LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
• Strong written communication for candidate outreach
• Genuine connection to CodePath's mission to transform computer science education
