Job Summary

To support the Business & Enablement functions, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer will identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across various business areas, focusing on sourcing and talent mapping while collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions in collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence projects across GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People functions
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs through creative outreach and relationship-building
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence
  • Proven success sourcing for business and corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Strong research and investigative skills to uncover niche talent pools
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging sourcing metrics and pipeline analytics
