Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic team, the full-time Talent Sourcer will source high-caliber candidates and build targeted sourcing strategies while working remotely across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for various open roles across the company
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate requirements and profiles

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a growth-stage company
• Strong curiosity about talent markets and a desire to become an expert in supported roles
• Proven ability to transform ambiguous requirements into targeted candidate lists
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on problem-solving
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for sourcing and recruitment
