Job Summary
To support the growth of the Data Services business, the remote Talent Sourcer for AI Training will source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across various skill profiles and languages, directly impacting project timelines and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source and recruit specialized annotators and performers
- Leverage AI workflows and automation to optimize and scale sourcing channels while enhancing annotator experience
- Establish and manage vetting pipelines to assess annotators based on project requirements and expertise
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
- Experience in building AI workflows to enhance sourcing efficiency
- Ability to manage funnel metrics such as outreach volume and conversion rates
- A proven track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments
