Job Summary
To support the Engineering team's growth, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer for Engineering will build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent through market mapping, candidate research, and innovative outreach strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a rich pipeline of engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and profiles for sourcing top engineering talent
- Design and execute creative, data-driven outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a proven track record in engineering talent acquisition
- Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, and outreach sequencing tools
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing large pipelines across multiple roles
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
