Talent Sourcer Intern

Job Summary

Supporting talent sourcing efforts for cleared programs, the part-time Talent Sourcer Intern will focus on identifying and building pipelines of candidates with active DoD security clearances while collaborating with the recruiting team on proactive sourcing strategies and candidate market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates with active DoD security clearances
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for cleared technical and mission support roles
• Utilize sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates and assist with candidate engagement coordination

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in talent sourcing and recruiting operations within government contracting
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms for cleared talent
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks
