Job Summary

Proactively identifying and engaging talent, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer/Recruiter will manage outbound sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and lead candidate qualification processes to ensure hiring managers receive well-vetted candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Own outbound sourcing strategy across various channels, focusing on passive candidate engagement
  • Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Lead candidate qualification through resume reviews and structured assessments to evaluate fit
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance activities
  • Experience with web recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to create tracking documents
