Talent Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support Talent Acquisition efforts, the full-time FLEX Talent Sourcing Manager will execute full-cycle sourcing activities and lead a team of Talent Sourcing Specialists in a remote capacity, focusing on developing sourcing strategies and enhancing candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Specialists to achieve sourcing goals and maintain service-level expectations
• Execute proactive candidate searches and talent pipelining while collaborating with Recruiters to ensure a high-quality hiring process
• Analyze sourcing metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and pipeline health

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years of direct sourcing experience
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring talent acquisition professionals
• Proficiency in leveraging sourcing automation, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environments
