Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner who will be responsible for delivering direct sourcing services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions through the Direct Sourcing solution
• Engage with hiring managers to ensure quality job descriptions and effective communication with candidates
• Develop strategies to attract candidates and maintain an updated talent pool to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• College degree, AA or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in recruiting or sourcing and customer service is preferred
• Financial services recruiting experience is required
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients
• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills
