Job Summary
To support effective hiring processes, the remote Talent Sourcing Partner (1099) will build and deliver vetted candidate pipelines, clarify requisition briefs, and conduct first-pass candidate screenings while working independently.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, including target profiles and hiring urgency
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct first-pass screenings to assess qualifications and fit
- Deliver qualified candidate shortlists along with structured screening summaries and market intelligence insights
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in federal government recruiting and pipeline development for mission-critical positions
- Experience in federal contracting, government services, or related environments
- Strong sourcing capability and talent networking skills
- Ability to independently manage requisitions and deliverables
- Experience supporting technical, software engineering, or professional services hiring is preferred
