Job Summary

To support effective hiring processes, the remote Talent Sourcing Partner (1099) will build and deliver vetted candidate pipelines, clarify requisition briefs, and conduct first-pass candidate screenings while working independently.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, including target profiles and hiring urgency
  • Source candidates through various channels and conduct first-pass screenings to assess qualifications and fit
  • Deliver qualified candidate shortlists along with structured screening summaries and market intelligence insights
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in federal government recruiting and pipeline development for mission-critical positions
  • Experience in federal contracting, government services, or related environments
  • Strong sourcing capability and talent networking skills
  • Ability to independently manage requisitions and deliverables
  • Experience supporting technical, software engineering, or professional services hiring is preferred
