Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and engaging talent through various online and offline channels
Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
Coordinating the TA team by organizing interviews and maintaining a smooth candidate experience

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sourcing for Sales, Marketing, and Operations professionals in the SaaS, Software, and/or Tech industry
Proven experience in direct talent acquisition using various sourcing strategies
Experience with sourcing tools and market mapping, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field, or equivalent experience
High motivation to efficiently find top talent and deliver against hiring targets
