Talent Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume hourly and Skilled Trades hiring initiatives in a corporate manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source high-volume hourly and Skilled Trades talent using various recruiting methods
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support manufacturing workforce needs
• Utilize recruiting technology and data analytics to track candidates and monitor sourcing effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience in high-volume hourly and Skilled Trades recruiting, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong proficiency with recruiting technology and tools, including ATS systems and Boolean search techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
