Talent Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of animal advocacy, the full-time Talent Sourcing Specialist will proactively source and engage senior talent, develop outreach strategies, and maintain candidate databases, all while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage senior and specialist talent for AAC's programs
• Develop and implement strategies for building a pipeline of candidates, including mapping relevant sectors and communities
• Maintain and grow the candidate database, creating shortlists for organizations in need of talent

Required qualifications

• A proven track record in sourcing or headhunting senior professionals
• Excellent written communication skills tailored to individual outreach
• Strong research abilities to identify candidates' motivations and backgrounds
• Experience managing multiple relationships and documenting outreach efforts
• High agency and initiative to build and shape the sourcing function independently
