Talent Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Talent Acquisition function, the temporary full-time Talent Sourcing Specialist will conduct proactive candidate searches, build talent pipelines, and partner with Recruiters to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various business functions
- Engage passive and active candidates while building and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to inform sourcing strategies and support recruitment initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience, including at least 2 years of direct sourcing experience
- Prior sourcing and recruiting experience within a search firm or in-house talent acquisition environment
- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and identifying qualified candidates across multiple functions
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools and methodologies to engage both passive and active talent
