Required Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional sourcing across various GTM roles
• Proficient in using AI tools within the sourcing workflow
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and pipeline metrics
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches effectively
