Job Summary

To support a growing Wealth Management Early Career Recruiting team, the full-time remote Talent Sourcing Strategist will lead centralized sourcing strategies, partner with branch leadership to attract early-career talent, and implement innovative recruiting techniques utilizing AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Complex leadership to identify talent needs and prioritize sourcing markets
• Leverage national recruiting platforms to proactively source high-quality candidates
• Implement AI-driven recruiting tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations, preferably in financial or professional services
• Proven ability to build and scale talent pipelines using modern sourcing strategies and digital platforms
• Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools and innovative sourcing technologies
• Strong capability to translate business needs into data-driven sourcing strategies
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting targeted outreach
