Talent Sourcing Strategist

Job Summary

To drive innovative talent acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Sourcing Strategist will own the sourcing strategy for diverse roles, utilize data and AI tools for market insights, and partner closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage pipelines for various roles across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Utilize data and market mapping to inform sourcing strategies and target candidates effectively
• Drive employer branding initiatives and create memorable candidate experiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup or cyber security
• Cross-functional sourcing experience across GTM roles in different regions
• Proficiency in using AI tools as part of the sourcing workflow
• Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing market data and pipeline metrics
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and stakeholders effectively
