Talent Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Specialist I to support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
• Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
• Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and occasionally travel to partner locations
