Job Summary
Supporting enterprise leadership initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Specialist will contribute to the design and advancement of talent practices focused on succession planning, leadership assessment, and executive coaching for the company's top leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise talent practices, including succession and leadership development
- Support multiple concurrent talent initiatives and projects, adapting to business needs
- Analyze talent data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, enhancing the quality of talent decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or a related field
