Job Summary

To support GE Vernova's Empowered Careers initiative, the full-time remote Talent Specialist will drive the execution of employee growth and performance processes, focusing on building scalable solutions such as Career Hub and mentoring programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the Empowered Careers roadmap by developing solutions like Career Hub and career pathways
• Transform strategy into practical tools that facilitate employee growth and mobility
• Manage enterprise performance processes, ensuring consistency and effective communication

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent, Performance, Learning, or a related field
• Strong execution capability with experience operationalizing processes at scale
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various initiatives
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
