Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Talent Specialist will identify and hire RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy staff, and Home Health Aides while collaborating with agency leadership to develop recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
- Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software systems
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
