Talent Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Talent Specialist will identify and hire RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy staff, and Home Health Aides while collaborating with agency leadership to develop recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
• Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
• Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software systems
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
