Talent Specialist
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the remote Talent Specialist will identify, recruit, and onboard high-caliber Guest Teachers, ensuring they are inspired and prepared to make an immediate impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and hire top-caliber Guest Teacher candidates to meet hiring goals
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and onboarding systems while using data to optimize the candidate journey
- Build relationships with Guest Teachers to promote assignment fulfillment and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or a related field
- Experience teaching or working in K-12 education strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and digital communication tools
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems preferred but not required
