Talent Specialist (Contractor)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Specialist (Contractor) to support summer hiring across its markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full candidate funnel from application review through offer at high volume and high speed
• Conduct interviews back-to-back across multiple markets, making confident hiring decisions quickly
• Extend offers and complete handoffs to the onboarding team efficiently and accurately

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment or related experience preferred
• K-12 classroom or education experience is a strong plus
• Experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS)
• Comfortable with Google Suite and Excel
• West Coast location strongly preferred; working hours are 8 AM - 4 PM PST
