Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Strategy Lead to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new recruitment programs while owning their strategic direction
- Establish and maintain relationships with local community programs, high schools, and colleges
- Utilize data-driven analytics to optimize the hiring lifecycle and track core KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- At least twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Deep knowledge of HR activities, particularly in recruitment or talent program development
- Proven track record in designing and deploying successful talent acquisition programs
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
