Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Strategy Lead to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy new recruitment programs while owning their strategic direction
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community programs, high schools, and colleges
  • Utilize data-driven analytics to optimize the hiring lifecycle and track core KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • At least twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Deep knowledge of HR activities, particularly in recruitment or talent program development
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying successful talent acquisition programs
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
