Talent Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, the full-time remote Talent Strategy Lead will streamline recruitment processes, drive program development in HR, and utilize data analytics to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new recruitment programs while owning the strategic direction for these initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements in recruitment strategies and establish relationships with local community programs
• Utilize data-driven analytics to optimize the hiring lifecycle and monitor program metrics, providing insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• At least twelve years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in recruitment or talent program development
• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying talent acquisition recruitment programs
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent collaboration abilities and communication skills
