Job Summary
Managing data and processes related to talent strategy, the full-time salaried Talent Strategy Manager will oversee staff training and mentoring, enhance talent solutions, and drive innovation in hiring practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manages data integrity and processes for the talent team member life cycle, including talent management and recruitment
- Plans and oversees orientation and training for staff, ensuring they are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills
- Reports on key talent analytics to organizational leaders, presenting data to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in talent management, with at least two years in a leadership role
- Experience in project management methodologies for technology implementation
- Ability to analyze performance gaps and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation for strategic decision-making
