Job Summary
As a full-time salaried Talent Strategy Partner, the successful candidate will design, develop, and execute best practices for leadership pipeline development while collaborating closely with various teams to address senior leadership needs, with the opportunity to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to create a robust and diverse pipeline of leaders for critical roles
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiting and other departments to address current and future senior leadership needs
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative measures to ensure compliance and success in talent development processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of global experience in talent management, consulting, or pipeline development in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including trends and challenges
- Proven success in developing and implementing impactful talent strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities to leverage data for informed decision-making
