Job Summary

Managing end-to-end MSP processes, the full-time Talent Supply Chain Consultant will conduct full-cycle recruitment, engage with suppliers, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract candidates
• Screen resumes and organize interviews to shortlist qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment best practices

Required qualifications

• Background in recruitment or equivalent experience
• Experience in staffing and recruiting, particularly in temporary labor or customer service industries
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Professional-level proficiency in Arabic and English
• Technical proficiency with MS Office and VMS tools
