Talent Supply Chain Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Talent Supply Chain Consultant will provide expertise to hiring managers in procuring temporary and contract employees, manage client interactions, and utilize procurement technology tools to fulfill workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment and consult with hiring managers to determine effective sourcing strategies
• Monitor requisition progress and manage candidate assessments to ensure optimal talent acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor management
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Technical proficiency with MS Office and VMS tools
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
