Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder interactions and provide guidance on onboarding temporary workers
Drive workforce management and tool administration using procurement technology
Conduct regular analysis and reporting of Talent Community and VMS data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 2+ years of client and program management experience in the Staffing/MSP industry
Strong understanding of vendor management tools, particularly Fieldglass VMS
Experience in managing relationships and providing excellent customer service
Proficient in project management for supply chain improvement initiatives
Experience in MSP or Staffing/Recruiting roles within manufacturing/light industrial sectors
