Job Summary
Managing the contingent acquisition process, the part-time Talent Supply Chain Consultant will ensure effective fulfillment of client staffing needs, conduct consultation calls with hiring managers, and utilize data reporting tools while working remotely in Austria.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the contingent acquisition process from requisition to fulfillment and closing
- Conduct consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies
- Utilize Power BI and proprietary systems for data reporting and operational optimization
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management, or staffing experience
- Professional-level proficiency in English and German
- Experience with VMS/Beeline technology or other HRIS systems
- Strong presentation skills and ability to identify trends/data stories
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
