Job Summary

To support workforce needs, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage full cycle recruitment, consult with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, and utilize procurement technologies to facilitate talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment and consultative calls with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies
  • Monitor requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates to align with market standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
  • Recruitment background or equivalent experience in temporary labor or customer service industries
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in workforce management
  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and engage clients and employees positively
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office and VMS tools, with strong analytical and organizational skills
