Job Summary
Supporting hiring managers in a consultative capacity, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will facilitate the procurement of temporary and contract employees, manage client interactions, and utilize procurement technology to meet workforce needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and consult with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategies
- Monitor requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates to align with market standards
- Build relationships with clients and suppliers while ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor services
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience in developing strategic relationships that enhance client and employee engagement
