Job Summary
To support client workforce needs, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage full cycle recruitment, consult with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, and utilize procurement technologies to facilitate talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and consultative calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine sourcing strategies
- Monitor requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates while maintaining client and supplier relationships
- Utilize procurement tools and support technology updates to enhance service delivery and resolve operational issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor services
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and engage clients and employees positively
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and VMS tools, along with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in people management is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
