Job Summary
To support client workforce needs, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage full cycle recruitment, consult with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, and utilize procurement technologies to facilitate talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and provide consultative support to hiring managers and candidates
- Monitor requisition progress and utilize candidate assessment techniques to shortlist qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers while ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor services
- Proven ability to create and develop strategic relationships with clients and employees
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and VMS tools
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and possess strong analytical and organizational skills
