Talent Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting the launch and operation of a client's interim Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing program, the full-time Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage requisition-intake discussions, align staffing suppliers, and coordinate candidate submissions while working remotely from Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requisition-intake and strategy discussions with hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection processes
- Manage communication between staffing suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate record-keeping in Fieldglass
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with MSP/Vendor Management and contingent workforce
- Proficiency in VMS/Fieldglass technology
- Fluency in professional English and French
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
