Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Specialist to provide expertise in procuring temporary and contract employees for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide program and operational support throughout the full cycle recruitment process
• Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and determine effective sourcing strategies
• Manage staffing suppliers and monitor requisition progress while coordinating interviews and negotiating bill rates

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources preferred
• Recruitment background or equivalent experience in temporary labor or customer service industry
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and engage clients positively
• Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
